After battling with my weight all my adult life, yoyo dieting, my weight had gone up to the heaviest id ever been. This made me feel a failure in every part of my life. Lost all my confidence, hated seeing myself in the mirror and thought my other half did not find me sexually attractive any more. Was recently diagnosed with a life changing illness which affects my limbs/balance. Needed to take charge of my weight and decided to contact Sam. Was very sceptical but thought nothing ventured nothing gained. Decided to have a "gastric band" fitted. Followed Sams instructions and lost 1stone before the band even fitted!! I listen to the tape every night and now im sleeping through til morning, waking fully refreshed. Feel so much better in myself already and cant wait to see the new me soon! Cant believe how much weight iv lost without dieting, amazing. To any one thinking about it my only advice is……do it now.
