Hosp was a total breeze today 😊👌
It was last night and day, I walked past with a bloody to bandage wasn’t even bothered.
I am over the moon, made such a difference, no fears.
If I can cope, anyone can!

Hospitals and Blood -Trauma & Phobia

Fear of flying (Anon)

I’ve been able to deal with spiders like a normal person. My mates were even trying to get me to freak out at Halloween by throwing fake plastic ones at me when I wasn’t paying attention & were disappointed when I picked it & asked who’s it was then handed it back as before I would have been through the nearest window haha.

Hi Sam, just reporting that my dental appointment has gone well. Once I was in the chair I felt much calmer than I have in the past. I’ve even volunteered to go back in a couple of weeks to have a temp filling replaced. I thought it was a good idea to build on today’s positive experience. I definitely wouldn’t of been at this point without all your help & support . Thank you

Dental Phobia (Anon)

Hi Sam, just wanted to give you an update on my progress since my online sessions with you. Before I came to see you, I was an anxious wreck and fainted any time I watched injections or blood tests. I also fainted when I got an injection or blood taken myself! Now I can watch any procedures involving needles and I have even been observing major surgical procedures. I have also been trained up to take blood and can do this no problem! Recently, I got my flu jab sitting up (I normally lie down), this was a huge step forward for me as well.

My fear of fainting associated with needles and the sight of blood was stopping me from doing what I really wanted to do as a career but now, I feel I have faced my fear and can conquer anything using the techniques you taught me. I honestly couldn’t thank you enough for all of your help and support and I would highly recommend your sessions for anyone who faces phobias like mine! Thanks so much Sam.

Needle Phobia & Fear of Blood

I contacted Sam due to my son’s severe dental phobia… even check ups were hugely stressful for him. Sam did a number of online sessions, as well as giving him a download to listen to. And what a difference… two successful appointments later… our dentist was delighted, I’m over the moon and my son feels so much more confident….. a massive thanks to Sam…. I’d thoroughly recommend her…..

Dental Phobia (Young Person)

Hi Sam,

Just wanted to thank you again for working with me on what I thought was going to just be a spider phobia but ended up being so much more. I am now enjoying everyday more and it has helped with my anxiety greatly as well, along with my sleeping and the phobia. You have made a massive impact on my life for the better and I can now take pleasure from life.

Thank you

Hello Sam,

I just wanted to thank you again for all your work you have done with me lately and I’m happy to update you and let you know that I got behind the wheel again last night and for the first time ever, I managed to go out into the main roads instead of circling round the industrial state like I had been for the last 3 years. I have been in touch with a driving instructor to book lessons this morning and can’t wait to see where this new part of life takes me.
I can’t thank you enough and hope that the next time I email you will be to let you know I’ve past my driving test!
