James (Anxiety)

I started to get panic attacks about 6 months ago and was starting to feel generally run down and anxious so my mum suggested trying hypnosis. I happened to come accross the groupon voucher for hypnotherapy so thought I would give it a go. I have had 3 sessions and feel completely different now! The best thing is the motivation to do stuff and enjoy doing stuff! Well worth giving it a try! Thanks again!
